About Me:
I am currently a sophomore at Smith College studying Computer Science and Music. I have a passion for the intersection of computer science and the arts, and I enjoy creating new and exciting tools for the arts through programming.
I am seeking a software engineering internship in a company with a strong mission and a passion for helping people through technology.
My interests other than coding include music, coffee, smoothies, the Italian language, and my cat Strudel.

Namor's Revenge
A text-based horror adventure game created with Java, using data structures such as graphs and hash sets. Features include multiple endings, a map that the user can freely move through, an inventory, and typed commands.
wellBE
A project completed at the Hack(h)er 413 Hackathon in Amherst, MA. wellBe is a website that allows users to log their food, deemphasizing calorie counting and emphasizing macro nutrients. Additionally allows users to log their activities and symptoms/feelings. This project won the Panera Hack for a Healthier Happier World Prize.

Criminal Justice - Dissecting Machine Bias
A supplemental analysis to ProPublica's analysis of software by Northepointe to compare the descriptions of recidivism crimes to filter by severity, as well as an analysis of recidivism by race and gender Gained fluency with Java and coding with large data sets, as well as an understanding of the effect of human bias in software, and the real-world consequences of bias.
